Senior Girls Uniform

We have made some covid based decisions about uniform this year. So we have not insisted that students wear the woollen, dry clean only blazer, we introduced an easy care jumper and we have allowed students to come into school in their PE uniform. Given the circumstances we felt this was the right thing to do.

In this return to school phase, post lock down, we also felt that we should focus on a safe, calm and structured return to school, not uniform. However, from September we will be re-tightening all of these aspects. We are an exclusive school with high standards in everything we do and we are proud to attend Claires Court and this must be reflected in our standards of uniform.

In the meantime, Mrs Ruddick and the tutor team will challenge non-policy jewellery, skirt lengths and non-uniform footwear. So, if you need to pop to Goyals to get any bits of uniform, please do so before we return in June.
From September, PE changing will return, the easy care round neck jumper will migrate to the PE uniform list and all students will be expected to be in full school uniform every day.

Thank you for your support in this, we understand how difficult it is to get teenagers into the correct school uniform so it is important that we work together.
