We hope that all our families are well during this time and “stay safe”.

School and Nursery closure
Our first week of closure and online schooling has been enlightening for us all. We do hope you are coping ok in your households. Following Mr Spanswick’s email (Tuesday 24 March), please try not to feel overwhelmed or judge anything against how others are managing or posts on social media - you know your households and how best to manage during this unique time. We are here and will support you.

Please visit our news page for more information. We will also keep you informed by email.

We must all work together to do what we can to reduce the spread of coronavirus. Thank you for the kind messages of support during this crisis. Stay safe.

Social media
Whilst we may not be able to socialise as much as we would like at the moment, there’s some fun and inspiring posts on our social media. We’re also sharing any resources, activities and tips that may be useful during this time so please follow us on:

Reporting Daily Absence
We are working to put a plan in place for recording illness/absence for the Summer Term, but for the remainder of this term, please email the School Office: girls@clairescourt.com to report your daughter’s absence/illness so we are aware that she will not be submitting work as requested.

Charity Week Money
The whole of the Claires Court community takes great pride in supporting charities. During Lent Term's charity week some individuals and many class groups across our school have already raised over £1,600 through cake sales, netball matches, swimarathons, walks and other activities. Where the school collected this in just before we closed, we will send it on to the charities concerned as soon as possible. For monies raised already but still at home, or if you would like to support any of the charities directly, please send the donations to the charity below: Building a rainbow
Send your rainbow creations to marketing@clairescourt.com and help us build a rainbow banner to spread hope and joy in this uncertain time.

Building a rainbow and spreading hope

With schools around the world shutting their doors in a bid to play their part in the fight against Covid-19, a message of hope has been spreading across the UK as children around the country share images of rainbows in their windows.
