|Moulin Rouge Ball|
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the annual ball on Saturday.
Despite a wet start, the rain held off for the evening and we hope everyone had a good time. We have a few lost property items: several umbrellas, lipsticks, a gold kilt pin, a black cardigan and a bow tie.
Please contact email@example.com or text Anna on 07793 022828.
Save the date
After an amazing PTA Moulin Rouge Ball, thank you to all who organised, attended and supported in any way (it was truly a memorable occasion), please now put the FETE DATE in your diary. On Saturday 23 June, from 12pm to 4pm, Junior Boys will be hosting the ‘Great British Summer Fete’.

Student Finance Deadline - for students off to university in the Autumn
The student finance deadline for new students starting university in autumn 2018 is 25 May 2018. You can still apply after this time, in fact you can apply up to nine months after the start of the academic year, but you might not get the finance when you need it – so get your applications in before 25 May 2018.
Sixth Form external exams take place at the Senior Boys site. Please can all students ensure that they wear their lanyards when they are at Senior Boys. Just having your photocard in your pocket is not sufficient. If you do not have a lanyard, please request one from the Sixth Form Office.
Study leave and lessons
During study leave, BTEC lessons for Year 12 and Year 13 will be taught as normal and students are expected to attend unless they have an exam on that day. All subject staff will be available for students to see them in their usual timetabled lessons in their normal classrooms up until the AS or A2 exams in that subject have been taken. Lessons in Year 12 linear subjects will continue throughout the study period and students will be expected to attend unless they have an exam that day – linear subjects are Drama, History, Geography and PE. Year 12 began their study leave on Monday 14 May and will return to school on Monday 4 June. Year 13’s last day will be on Friday 25 May and study leave begins officially after the half term holiday on Monday 4 June.
