From the Office | Rabbits
Rabbit winners this week are Josh Sharma and Dylan Bridges. Josh has impressed his sports teachers and classroom teachers over the past fortnight with his commitment to his peers and the school. Equally, Dylan has pleased Mr Gillespie and Mrs Stay with his wonderful attitude in school towards others. Both boys are worthy winners of the Rabbit award this week.

News from the Sports Master
As we approach the end of term all of our U9 & U11 teams played there last fixtures this week. The U11 hosted Chesham Preparatory School and for some of these U11 teams it was their first home game of the season as they had played a large number of away fixtures. The U11A team have suffered horribly this term with illness and injury and Mr Pennington has rarely been able to select his strongest squad. So it was fantastic that nearly everyone was available for selection. The U11A team had already lost to this Chesham Prep side this term so they wanted to go out and show them the improvements they had made. No one was expecting the score line as we won 55-0. The U11B had a tough fixture with a few of their players being called into the A team and lost 15-45. The U11C, D&E teams all also came away with good wins from their last game of the season. The U11C winning 25-5, U11B winning 10-5 and the U11E team winning in a very high scoring game 65-40!
The U9 teams finished off the season in style on Thursday as they played host to Berkhamsted. All five U9 teams finished the term with a win against this tough opposition. In total, our U9 teams scored 57 tries across the five matches! The U9A played a very close physical encounter winning 35-20. The U9B&C teams also played in tight matches but came out with wins of 50-40 and 35-20 respectively. The U9D&E teams ran in a huge number of tires as they took advantage of playing on the smaller pitches, winning 75-40 and 90-30.
Some year groups have already competed in their House matches, however, many of these will be finished next week. They are always a great way for the pupils to finish off the season.
