6 weeks left... Really? How are we going to fit it all in?
Wow! Was half term only last week? We have achieved so much in such a short time and we now only have 5 weeks left still have so much to look forward.
This week...
HEALTHY EATING WEEK
Next week the school we will be taking part in national Healthy Eating week along with over 4 million other young people across the country.
Each site have their own classroom activities planned whilst the dining rooms will be giving away healthy alternatives to eat or drink and there may be some yucky colours involved!
The exciting event kicks off with the catering department throwing down the gauntlet to all our pupils who visit our dining rooms to see who can eat the healthiest, as the dining experience is about choice. Points are ‘till’ allocated through purchases but be careful as one wrong item could wipe out the score but pupils won’t know until the end! The healthiest eater on each site will receive not only a certificate but a “healthy” prize.
So please encourage your child to try, taste, get involved and enjoy.

PTA SUMMER FESTIVAL - 24 JUNE 2017 ‘BETTER ALL TOGETHER’
Tickets can be purchased via the Payment Portal and collected on the day. A family ticket is £5, each extra adult entry is £2 and unaccompanied children £1. Further details can be found here.
Tickets online must be purchased by Wednesday 21 June and this will also enter you into a prize draw to win a family photo session by Clare Keylock worth £175! Tickets can be purchased on the day but you will not be entered into the draw.
JUNIOR FAIRY TALES CONCERT- TUESDAY 27 JUNE 2PM - SAVE THE DATE!
The Junior Girls are delighted to invite you to their Fairy Tale themed concert on Tuesday 27 June. Prepare to join Alice as she journeys through Disneyland, meeting many different characters along the way. All girls in Reception to Year 6 are involved. Information to follow in next week's bulletin.
