Sports Day - Wednesday 30 June
- Entrance is via the Lower Nursery Gate, please walk past our Nursery building on College Avenue and you will see the gate on the left
- Exit is via the swimming pool gate
- Maximum of two people per pupil (under 5's do not count towards the two person limit)
- Parents will need to remain in their year group bubble (zone area) which will be made clear upon arrival
- Please can parents adhere to strict timings. Please do not arrive too early (we cannot let you in!)
- Toilets - will be sign posted, masks must be worn
- We can only offer basic refreshments
- We cannot offer seating, please feel free to bring blankets / chairs for your bubble / zone
- Please do not go to Reception, we regret we are not able to let you through the school due to Covid-19 guidelines
- Your daughter will need to bring in a named water bottle
Timings below:
Reception - Year 2 Sports Day - 9.15am start - 10.30am approx.
Spectators will be invited in through the Lower Nursery gates at 9am - 9.15am. These gates will open again after the sports day has finished for spectators to exit. Please supply your daughter with a named water bottle.
Year 3 and 4 Sports Day - 1pm start - 2.30pm approx.
Spectators will be invited in through the Lower Nursery gates at 12.45pm - 1pm. All spectators will exit through the gates near the swimming pool after the event has finished. Please supply your daughter with a named water bottle.
Year 5 and 6 Sports Day - 2.45pm start - 4.20pm approx.
Spectators will be invited in through the Lower Nursery gates at 2.30pm - 2.45pm. All spectators will exit through the gates near the swimming pool after the event has finished. We will arrange for Year 5 & 6 pupils going home to be lined up on the field, from which parents can collect from. Parents can then exit via the Lower Nursery Gates. Please supply your daughter with a named water bottle.
Gardening Club GR - G2 Only - Monday 28 June Cancelled
Gardening Club has been cancelled on Monday 28 June. You can either pick your daughter up at 3.30pm or they can go to the Homework Club. Could you please let your child’s class teacher know what they would prefer to do that day.
Final Sailing/Paddling Sessions
Due to a number of activities running on all three sites on Tuesday 6 July, please be aware that the final after-school sailing/paddling sessions will be on Tuesday 29 June.
Lions Club Swimarathon
Unfortunately due to Covid the Lions Club Swimarathon has been cancelled at Braywick Leisure Centre on Sunday 4 July.
Hawkinsport - Claires Court Shopping Days
Hawkinsport have scheduled appointments on Monday 19 & Tuesday 20 July specifically for Claires Court parents www.hawkinsport.co.uk/content/appointment-days
