| From the Office | Catering Provision
Parents are reminded that from 7 June we are no longer providing a fixed cost takeaway lunch menu and meals do not need to be booked in advance. The dining rooms are open for breakfast, breaks and lunches, and children may select from any of the available menu items. Food and drink is charged on a pay as you go basis via the till. There are age appropriate services and fixed costs for our younger years. You can top up your child’s dining account via the Parent Portal, where you can also see what has been bought. Should you have any queries regarding dining, please contact the Domestic Bursar, Stephen Rhodes, at ser@clairescourt.com.

Hawkinsport - Claires Court Shopping Days
Hawkinsport have scheduled appointments on Monday 19 & Tuesday 20 July specifically for Claires Court parents www.hawkinsport.co.uk/content/appointment-days - This means you will have someone specifically to serve you and will save the last minute rush at the end of summer holidays!
They are still waiting on some Claires Court stock to come in which is expected early July - there have been various delays with Covid related issues in the factory, getting fabric and the general shipping of items around the world and they suspect that this will be ongoing for some months yet.
Tempest Class Photo Order Information
We are awaiting the information from the school photographer, Tempest, so that parents can order the class photo taken on Thursday 10 June - we will email home the details as soon as we receive it.

YEAR 3 - 6:
Sport Claires Court v Highfield Athletics Meet Monday 14 June
Parents are more than welcome to come along to support their daughter at this event. For the safety of our girls and visitors, all spectators must remain on the junior playground. Please remember to maintain social distancing measures between separate households at all times. Upon arrival please enter through the Nursery gates, these gates will be open from 3.45pm - 4pm and then re-opened at 5.15pm to exit.
YEAR 6:
Junior Girls G6 Summer Production *SAVE THE DATE* Thursday 24 June
We are planning to hold this event in the Main Hall at 6pm and hope to invite at least the Year 6 families. This will be confirmed nearer the time but we will be filming the performance also. The G6 cast and G3-G5 chorus are working hard and looking forward to the show. |
