Join us for a virtual talk about the next steps towards your daughter's transition to senior school. All details and the link for you to join the talk will be emailed home separately to all our Year 5 parents later on today.

Afterschool Swimming Club - Wednesday 19 May *CANCELLED*
Due to a School Gala taking place the Afterschool Swimming Club is cancelled. The girls can attend Study or take part in some fun sports games.
The Big Ask - Deadline for completion 19 May
The deadline for taking part in ‘The Big Ask’ is Wednesday 19 May. The adult survey is temporarily suspended due to technical issues, but please do encourage your daughter to share her views in the pupil survey. The new Children’s Commissioner for England, Dame Rachel de Souza, aims to find out children’s concerns and aspirations about the future to identify barriers preventing children reaching their potential, put forward solutions and set ambitious goals for the country to achieve.
Donations of Nearly New Uniform - PTA Sale Thursday 10 June
The PTA is accepting donations of good quality girls uniform for the sale on 10 June! This means that 100% of proceeds will now go to the PTA for which is then directly used to to enrich the lives of the Junior Girls school. Any donated uniform needs to please be at school by Wednesday 26 May.
Junior Girls Whole Class Photographs - Thursday 10 June 10.30am
Save the Date - Tempest will be in to photograph each of the Junior Girls Year Class Groups. A nice keepsake to buy as a reminder of your daughter's class and their friends, especially if they are leaving us this year.
PE and Games
With fixtures due to resume this term, just a reminder that your daughter should bring with her suncream and all the essential team kit as required. Team sheets will be handed to the girls in advance of fixtures, but can also be checked on the PE Notice Board in the Atrium and can also be found here https://www.clairescourtsport.com/ using the password CCsport2020.
Peripatetic Music
We are delighted that our peripatetic music tutors have now returned. If your daughter is interested in music lessons please complete the following form. Mrs Stevenson would be delighted to discuss these with you.
