From the Office | Lunch Booking from 8 March
A hot ‘take-away’ style school lunch will be available from 8 March and needs to be booked on a ‘one week block’ basis via the Report Portal in the same way you would book activities, study or after-school care. The deadline for booking lunches or making changes to your booking is 4pm Thursday of the preceding week.
Instructions can be found on pages 4-5 of this help document, but in summary you need to ‘join group’ for a Monday lunch (main or vegetarian) which will include your child for a full week (i.e. lunch Monday to Friday). The booking then automatically rolls over week-on-week, so your child will be included for lunches for the remainder of the term and you will be charged each week unless you ‘leave group’ (this needs to be done prior to the Thursday 4pm cut-off).
If you had signed your child up for school lunches in January, your booking still stands. So if they no longer require a hot school lunch, you will need to amend your booking. If you cannot remember, you can check by logging into the Report Portal. If you had not signed up but wish to, please do so following the above instructions by 4pm Thursday 4 March.

The Stanley Spencer Art Competition
This week all Juniors started the Stanley Spencer Competition. The theme of the competition is ‘Spring’ and the deadline for entries is Saturday 20 March (the first day of Spring). We will be completing the work online and at school on our return. The work of all the Junior Boys and Junior Girls has been fantastic. I am glad I will be handing over the judging to the gallery as the standard is so high! Please take time to look at the small cross section of what our talented students have done this week.
