| From the office | PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE TO SCHOOL FROM COLLEGE ROAD
We have reinstated the zebra crossing and pedestrian entrance on to school from College Road. Please can all drivers be mindful of the crossing when entering site and ensure they take the normal due care and attention when approaching a zebra crossing.
SIXTH FORM IGCSE EXAMS IN JANUARY
Some of our Sixth Form students will have external examinations this month. The English IGCSE will be on Tuesday 14 January at 9am and the second Maths IGCSE will be on Wednesday 15 January at 9am. All exams will take place at the Senior Boys site and students should be there by 8.45am, with all the equipment they need for the exams in a clear pencil case. Please can students ensure that they wear their lanyards at all times when they are on the site. There will be transport to return the students to College Avenue after their exams.
SIXTH FORM MOCK EXAMS: MONDAY 24 FEBRUARY – FRIDAY 28 FEBRUARY
Students are already preparing for the mock exams which will be immediately after the half-term holidays, in the week from Monday 24 February. Mock exams will be held for most subjects for both Year 12 and Year 13. A timetable will be produced shortly and emailed to parents. The students will attend school as normal and when they do not have an exam, they will be attending their usual lessons.
DRIVING TO AND FROM SPORTS TRAINING AND FIXTURES
This is a gentle reminder that all students will use transport provided by school to attend sports training and fixtures. They are not allowed to drive.
