Dangerous Parking/Waiting
People are still parking/waiting on the double yellow lines at the crossroads of Raymill Road East, Ray Park Avenue and Sheephouse Road.  This is an accident waiting to happen, reducing visibility of drivers and putting children at risk. It is a dangerous crossing and the double yellow lines are there for a reason, please respect this.

Fireworks Spectacular!
This Saturday at Junior Boys from 5pm to 9pm - tickets are now only available to purchase on the gate. For those who have already purchased tickets via the PayPortal, wristbands will be available to collect at the gate. Delicious food, fun stalls, live bands and of course fireworks! More information here. Look forward to seeing you there!

Pumpkin Carving Competition
Time to get creative as the Pumpkin Carving Competition returns to the PTA Fireworks Spectacular! Bring along your pumpkin creation with entries starting from 5pm and winners announced at 6.45pm.

Year 10 Parents Evening - Wednesday 16 October (6pm - 8pm)
Please complete this google form by 14 October to indicate if you will be attending and which specific teachers you wish to see.  Yellis reports will be sent home prior to the Parents Evening.

Year 11 Academic Mentoring - Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 November
You will have received a letter by email about the Academic Mentoring sessions for Year 11 on the 5 and 6 November. Please return the sheet indicating which appointment times you are available for, to your son’s form tutor by Monday 14 October. 

Early Buses/No Activities or Study - Thursday 7 November
Senior Boys Open Evening is on Thursday 7 November, so there will be no activities or study and early buses that day. Please do encourage your son to get involved and support the evening at this very important event for our school.

Senior Boys Music Concert - 18 November
The Music Department would like to inform parents there will be a Concert at CCSB on 18 November starting at 18:00 and will involve solo and group items from across the years. Refreshments will be served from 17:45, once the buses have left the site! All welcome to attend!!

Schools' Christmas Card Competition - Stanley Spencer Gallery
You are invited to take part in this exciting competition to develop Christmas Cards for the Stanley Spencer Gallery, who are seeking four new Christmas Card designs.  The Competition is open to all year groups and the deadline is 18 October. Please find out more in the Art Room.
