| From the Office | Welcome back to the new term and the start of this academic year, and an especially warm welcome to all our new parents that have just joined us. Year 7 Coaching Morning
Saturday 7 September 9.10am at Maidenhead Rugby Club (SL6 1BN) for all Year 7 boys (letter). Please ensure you park in the car park immediately on your right as you enter Braywick Sports Ground, as the car parks near the rugby club are for permit holders only. We look forward to seeing you all there.
Curriculum Statement Booklets
The Curriculum Statement booklets for Years 8, 9,10 and 11 and welcome letter will be coming home early next week by ‘boy’ post - please watch out for this envelope and do let us know if you do not receive it! It contains important information about the term and year ahead.
Late Coaches, Study and Activities
A reminder that we move to late coaches week commencing 9 September, when study will also start. The Activities programme begins from 16 September and thank you for your patience yesterday as the activity programme took a little longer to load than usual - technical issues, but we got there in the end!
Individual Photos
Clean, smart uniform (and smiles!) please on Tuesday 10 September for individual school photos.
Year 7 Parent Workshop
Wednesday 11 September 6.15pm - 8.00pm - talks to help parents support their child in the transition to secondary school, including topics such as resilience, mental wellbeing and cyber safety. Please indicate whether you will be attending or not using this google form (http://schl.cc/5X).
Thursday 19 September - Senior Speech Day
Our Senior Speech Day will take place at the Magnet on Thursday 19 September at 2.30pm and is a chance to celebrate the successes of the last school year. All parents welcome, invitations have been sent out this week to prize winners. All Senior pupils to wear their winter uniform.
Friday 20 September - Jeans for Genes Day
£1.00 fine for wearing your jeans to school for this worthwhile charity.
Year 11 Parents Evening
Date for your diary - Thursday 26 September.
Friday 27 September - Open Morning - 9:30-11:30am
