| From the Office | Existing School Transport Users
As you have used our school transport system for your son this year we assume you will continue for the next school year. As such we will be producing your invoice which will be sent with the fees invoice at the end of this term. We have not increased our transport charges for the last three years but have had to make an increase for the next academic year. Please see our website for details www.clairescourt.com.
Under our terms and conditions you are requested to give half a term’s notice of cancellation of transport or any changes. If you do not wish your son to use the service for the 2019/20 year or you wish to make any changes to your usage please contact Allison Hasyildirim, Trips and Transport Officer, on travel@clairescourt.com by Sunday 30 June.
The Great Summer Event - Sunday 23 June
The PTA are looking forward to seeing you at our Great Summer Event on Sunday. Please note that you need to purchase tickets for the Summer Fete even if you already have tickets for the Circus. Further details are available on our website.
Blazer Free from 24 June
From next Monday, boys are no longer required to wear their blazers to/at/from school, giving you time for dry cleaning prior to the Nearly New Uniform Sale.
Early Buses Thursday - 27 June
Please note that there will be early buses operating on Thursday 27 June due to our New Boys Introduction Evening.
Nearly New Uniform Sale - 5 July
If anyone wishes to donate any items of uniform into the nearly new uniform sale, please contact Tina Webster by email c.e.webster@btinternet.com to receive the forms and labels you will need to complete for the sale. All items will need to be at school no later than Friday 28 June 2019.

Our Mathematicians of the week are Walter Chaplin and Cole Dodd (Year 7), Jamie Redington (Year 9) and Isaac Griffiths (Year 10) all for their excellent effort and attitude across the whole year.

Araan Sobhan (8D) and Jonah Stevens (8B) for their excellent exam results.
Scientist of the Week
Scientist of the week goes to Charlie Bayley (8A) for excellent practical work and demonstration of scientific skills, and Kashaf Baig (9B) and Will Liddiard (9C) for their excellent presentations on cardiovascular diseases. |
