|Welcome back one and all to the Summer Term that seems as appropriately named as it could be, with the weather leading up to and over Easter helping us leave the winter blues well behind.

The Senior Boys whole school photograph is next Tuesday 30 April in the morning, so please remind you son(s) to come to school looking tidy and smart.
Year 7 Parents Evening
Year 7 Parents Evening is Tuesday 30 April from 6pm. There will be a talk from Mr Wilding and Mr Miller at 6.45pm. You are invited to complete this form (http://schl.cc/4M) to pre-register for the evening and indicate which teachers you would like to see on the night (although please be aware that there are no allocated slots).
Year 10 "Looking Beyond GCSE"
Details about the “Post 16 Landscape/Looking Beyond GCSE” evening were sent out this week, having been rescheduled for 7 May following its cancellation due to the snow on 22 January. The evening starts at 6pm at College Avenue and should you wish to attend, please complete this form http://schl.cc/4G.
Year 11 Arrangements
Claires Court 2019 Prom tickets for sale!
- Work Experience details need to be confirmed please by Tuesday 30 April (http://schl.cc/4J).
- The google form regarding Leavers Assembly, Hoody’s, Study Leave and Thorpe Park needs completion by Wednesday 1 May (http://schl.cc/4K), with payment made on the portal for Hoody’s and Thorpe Park please.
We’re excited to announce this year the Year 11 Prom will take place at Lillibrooke Manor on Tuesday 2 July, from 7pm to 11pm. The evening is for Claires Court pupils only, tickets are £35, and there will be welcome drinks with parents between 7pm to 8pm. Please pay via the pay portal and do note the closing date for payment is Friday 10 May.

Circus event now sold out!
Tomorrow from 12.30pm to 5pm, a circus is coming to Claires Court for the first time ever! Happy’s Circus are bringing their ‘Greatest Showman’ event to our Junior Boys site. The event is now sold out and there will be no tickets sold on the day. All tickets that have been purchased will be have been sent home in book bags either today or yesterday.
