Confirming university offers and applying for student finance
Year 13 students who are holding offers from university should now be thinking about confirming their firm and insurance offers. If students would like any advice before doing this, Mrs Rogers is available to guide students through this.
Students should also be looking into applying for student finance now. To ensure that funding is in place for the first day of the autumn university term, the deadline for completing the students finance application is Friday 24 May. The students have been given information regarding finance, but if parents would like to learn more, please see the finance section of the UCAS website: https://www.ucas.com/money. Online applications for student finance are made at www.gov.uk/student-finance.
