From the Office | WEATHER UPDATE - FOR SATURDAY 2 FEBRUARY
The following events being held tomorrow have been cancelled:
- All AWAY Senior Boys Football Fixtures at Reading Blue Coats.
At the time of writing the U12AB matches at HOME are still expected to proceed at Maidenhead Rugby Club. Parents will be informed directly. Updates for sport are also available on https://www.clairescourtsport.com
MONDAY 4 FEBRUARY - EVENING ARRANGEMENTS
An email has been sent to parents regarding the change in evening arrangements for Monday 4 February. Early coaches will be in operation, similar to the beginning and end of term. There will be NO after school activities or study running that afternoon.
WINTER WEATHER
During this period of colder weather, should any of our activities, coaches or events be affected we will let you know as soon as a decision is made, by text or email. Our website and social media channels will also be regularly updated, as well as the supporting document http://schl.cc/39.
YEAR 9 PARENTS EVENING
As flagged in the End of Term letter, the Year 9 Parents Evening is Thursday 7 February from 6pm. There will be a short talk at 6.45pm by Mr Wilding and Mr Bowen about the GCSE Options Booklet. You are invited to complete this Google Form by 4 February to indicate which teaching staff you would like to meet with.
YEAR 10 BRONZE DofE INFORMATION EVENING
Thank you to those who attended the meeting on Wednesday. A reminder that if your son wishes to participate in the DofE Scheme, a completed registration form and payment is required by 8 February ASAP and places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
YEAR 11 PARENTS EVENING FORM
A reminder that the Year 11 Parents Evening is Tuesday 12 February from 6pm. As mentioned in the letter you received earlier this week with your son’s self-reflection report, please find the Google Form you are invited to complete by Friday 8 February to indicate which teaching staff you would like to meet with.
PARKING IN THE PAGODA
Please can parents not collect pupils from 'The Pagoda' at the end of the school day. Our neighbours have been blocked in on several occasions and have understandably become frustrated. Thank you.
