| FROM THE OFFICE | ACTIVITY WEEK PARKING & MEDICATION
Parking - Years 7 to 10 - During the last week of term Monday 9 to Thursday 12 July. Drop off and collection will be very busy at Senior Boys - please do not enter into the school site but make use of Ray Park Avenue. Parking just outside the school causes our coaches limited access.
Medication - Please be reminded that if you require school to administer any medication to your child during activity week we must receive the Medicine in its original packaging, accompanied by an Administration of Medicine Request form by Tuesday 3 July. Thank you.
END OF TERM ARRANGEMENTS
Last Week of Summer Term - early buses.
There will be no Activity or Study Clubs w/c 9 July.
After School Care - available Monday to Thursday only (available for Nursery children only on the last day of term).
FRIDAY 13 JULY - LAST DAY OF SUMMER TERM
School Reports/EOT Mailing will be coming home with your daughter - otherwise it will be posted home if your daughter is absent on the last day.
Buses home are operating at the revised times to coincide with the early finish.
Nursery - Normal day until 3.30pm with After School Care available to Nursery children only.
Junior Girls - Pick up from 12 noon. We kindly ask that parents do not congregate in the Atrium but collect their daughter from the playground.
Senior Girls - 12.15pm finish
Sixth Form - 12.00noon finish
Junior Boys - 12.00noon finish
Senior Boys - 12.30pm finish
AUTUMN TERM 2018
New G7 only - Induction Day - Wednesday 5 September.
Rest of school commences Thursday 6 September.
Girls may still wear their summer uniform upon their return to school in September but please note winter uniform is compulsory after the October half term holiday.
Coaches - Early coaches first week of term, 6 and 7 September. Regular coach times run from Monday 10 September.
HOME TO SCHOOL COACHES FROM SEPTEMBER 2018
Current users: Thank you for your responses. Passes and full information will be distributed in late August.
Interested in using the coach? We still have availability on all our routes from September and welcome new users. Timetables and how to book can be found on the coach services section of our website. Deadline for September booking is Friday 17 August.
LOST/FOUND
Mislaid electric guitar (colour blue/black with lightning flash logo on) - if whereabouts known please contact the School Office as the owner would like to be reunited with it. Thank you.
