| NEWS FROM THE OFFICE | SENIOR GIRLS OPEN AFTERNOON
We look forward to welcoming prospective pupils and parents and our Junior Girls to our Open Afternoon on Thursday 12 October at 2.30pm. Mrs Heywood will be talking at 3.45pm. Please let your friends know about this event if they are currently looking for secondary schools for their daughter.
Please note that we are expecting this to be busy and we apologise in advance if there is lack of car parking spaces available for parents at pick up times.
FIREWORKS - PUMPKIN CARVING
Don’t forget to get your Fireworks and Halloween Spectacular tickets! And take part in the Pumpkin Carving competition, bring your child’s ‘spooktacular’ creation with you on the night (to be judged around 6.30pm).
PHOTO SHOOT
On Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 October, there will be a photographer on site working with the school to create a new library of professional photographs for the website, publications and other marketing materials. If you do not want your child to be photographed please email Kim Davies, Marketing Manager kld@clairescourt.com - you need not contact her if you have an overarching non-consent permission in place as set up through the report portal.
NURSERY INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS - MONDAY 16 OCTOBER
If your child does not usually attend on a Monday you are welcome to come in at 8.30am and have the picture taken but you will have to take your child home afterwards.
